In case of Physics as principal subject the candidate has to obtain 60% marks in Physics or 60% marks
2. Mechanical -Minimum 60% marks in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years after SSC) from a recognised institution.
3. Electronics – Minimum 60% marks in Diploma in Electronics Engineering (3 years after SSC) from a recognised institution.
4. Civil – Minimum 60% marks in Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years after SSC) from a recognised institution
5. Engineering Draughting – Minimum 60% marks in SSC in aggregate with Science and Mathematics plus trade certificate of minimum 1 year duration in relevant trade from a recognized Institution
6. Fitter – Minimum 60% marks in SSC in aggregate with Science and Mathematics plus trade certificate of minimum 1 year duration in relevant trade from a recognized Institution.
