Educational Qualification:

1. Additional Director General – Master’s degree from a recognized University by UGC or Association of Indian Universities in Museology or History of Art or History or Sanskrit or Pali or Prakrit or Persian or Arabic or Archaeology or Anthropology or Fine Arts or Chemistry.
2. Senior Scientific Officer Grade- II (Electronics) – B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/ Electronics Communication Engineering or M.Sc. in Physics with specialization in Electronics from a recognised university.
3. Senior Scientific Officer Grade- II (Metallurgy) – B.E. (Metallurgy)/ B. Tech (Metallurgy) from a recognized University.
4. Scientist ‘B’ (Documents) – Master’s Degree in Chemistry / AIC by examination / Physics / Forensic Science with Chemistry or Physics as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University.
5. Junior Scientific Officer (Explosives) – Master’s Degree in Chemistry / Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized university or equivalent.
6. Public Prosecutor – Degree in Law of a recognized University.
7. Assistant Public Prosecutor – Degree in Law of a recognized University.
8. Commercial Tax Officer – Degree preferably in Commerce or Economics of a recognized University or equivalent

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 – 50 Years), (for Post 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 – 30 Years), (for Post 8 – 33 Years) The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
