Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Recruitment 2016

Educational Qualification:

  1. Asst. Director (Banking) – Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Chartered Financial Analyst or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Masters of Business Administration (Finance), or Masters of Business Economics or Master’s in Commerce
  2. Asst. Director (Corporate Law) – i) Degree in any discipline and Bachelor’s Degree in Law or (ii) Integrated Bachelor’s Degree in Law (five years) and one year experience in field of Corporate Law or (iii) Bachelor’s Degree in any subject and Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretary and one year experience in the field of Corporate Law
  3. Asst. Director (Forensic Audit) – Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Chartered Financial Analyst or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Masters in Business Administration (Finance), or Masters of Business Economics or Master’s in Commerce or Bachelor’s in Law + 01 Year Experince
  4. Legal Officers (Grade-I) – Masters degree in Law with specialization in the field of International Law and/or International Relations or International Organizations from a recognized University.
  5. Specialists Grade-III (Anaesthesia) – A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
  6. Specialists Grade-III Asst. Professor (Biochemistry) – A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956).
  7. Specialists Grade-III Asst. Professor (Orthopedics) – A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
  8. Specialists Grade-III Asst. Professor (Physiology) – A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
