- Mode of Descriptive Test (20 Marks – 30 Minutes)
(a) The Descriptive Test shall be of 30 minutes duration and shall be in English only
(b) It shall be for 20 marks – 5 marks for Letter writing & 15 marks for Essay Writing
(c) It shall be conducted through online mode only
(d) The candidates are required to qualify in the Descriptive Test by securing qualifying/passing marks, to be decided by the Bank
(e) Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the Computer, which would be held immediately after the completion of objective test
(f) Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score for each section and for overall cut-off of objective test separately, for shortlisting for descriptive test evaluation/interview
(g) Descriptive answer script would be evaluated only in respect of those candidates who qualify in the objective test
(h) Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum total score (to be decided by the Bank according to number of vacancies) in the objective test and qualify in the descriptive test for shortlisting for interview
(i) A candidate shall be required to qualify in the descriptive test, but the marks in the descriptive test will not be counted towards shortlisting for interview or final selection
