1. Agri. Business Specialist – Master Degree in Agriculture with MBA and minimum 10 years experience in the relevant field.
2. Social Development Specialist – Master Degree in Social Work/MBA or similar field with 15 years experience in capacity building CSO/NGO etc. with high skills.
3. Environmental Specialist – Master Degree in Environmental Engineering with 5 years experience
4. GIS Specialist – Master Degree in Engineering/Geology/ Geography with at least 5 years hands on experience on developing GIS and handling GIS software application.
5. Communication Specialist – Master Degree in Mass Communication / MBA with related 5 years experience and high competency in English & Tamil
6. Programmer – B.E or B.Tech in I.T. or M.C.A with 5 years experience in the related field.
7. Typist with Computer knowledge and shorthand – Minimum general educational qualification, higher grade in Typewriting both English/Tamil and Lower grade in Shorthand English, DCA or its equivalent.
8. Data Entry Operator – Any Degree or Diploma with Computer knowledge and knowledge of Typing in English and Tamil is preferable
