Educational Qualification:

1. Industrial Relations Officer – i) Must be a Law Graduate with membership of Bar Council. ii) Minimum of 3 years bar experience in Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare iii) Preference will be given to persons holding Diploma in Labour Laws.
2. Company Secretary – i) Any degree from recognized University. ii) Associate or Fellow of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 2-3 years experience.
3. Chief Accounts Officer – i) B.Com.,/M.Com., degree ii) ACA or AICWA/ACMA with 2 to 5 years experience in handling Financial matters in a reputed concern

Age Limit:
