Eligibility Criteria for SSCSR JE, Technical Assistant Jobs 2017

Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Engineer (Quality Assurance) – Discipline – Combat Vehicle – i) Bachelor’s Degree in Science with one of the subjects in Graduate level viz., Physics, Computer Science and Electronics from a recognized University; (OR) Diploma in Engineering viz., Mechanical or Automobile from a recognized University or State Board or Technical Education. (AND) ii)One year experience in Production, Development or Quality Assurance in the fields of Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized organization or undertaking
2. Junior Engineer (Quality Assurance) – Discipline – Engineering Equipment – i) Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics as one of the subjects at Graduate level from a recognized University; (OR) Diploma in Engineering/Technology in one of the relevant discipline i.e. Electrical/Mechanical/Metallurgical/Industrial Production/Automobile from a recognized University or State Board or Technical Education. ii) One year’s experience in the relevant field from a recognized organization/Institute
3. Senior Technical Assistant (Hydro geology) – i) Master’s Degree in Geology or Hydrogeology or Applied Geology from a recognized University or Marine Geology or Geo-exploration or Earth Science and Resources Management (or) ii) Master of Technology (Engineering Geology) from a recognized University or Institution.
4. Senior Technical Assistant (Chemical) – Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Agricultural Chemistry or Soil Science from a recognized University.
5. Senior Technical Assistant (STA) – Degree in Agriculture followed by Post-Graduate degree in Agronomy/Plant Breeding/Genetics of a recognized University or equivalent.
6. Technical Superintendent (Processing) – (i) 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry or Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) 2 years experience as a Shift Incharge/Dyer/Bleacher/Finisher/Dyeing Master/Printing Master/Textile Processing Assistant/Laboratory Technician/Demonstrator (Processing)/Supervisor, handling work relating to bleaching or dyeing or printing or finishing etc. in a textile processing factory/processing or dye house/dyeing laboratory/handloom establishment. (OR) (i) Diploma in Handloom Technology or Diploma in Handloom and Textile Technology from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) Post Diploma in Textile Chemistry or Textile Processing from a recognized University or Institute. (iii) 2 years experience as a Shift-in-charge/Dyer/ Bleacher/Finisher/Dyeing Master/Printing Master/Textile Processing Assistant/Lab Technician/ Demonstrator (Processing)/ Supervisor, handling work relating to bleaching or dyeing or printing or finishing in a textile processing factory/processing or dye house/dyeing laboratory/handloom establishment.
7. Quarantine Inspector – (i) Bachelor of Science with Zoology or Microbiology as one of the essential subject from a recognized University or Institution. (ii) Two years experience of conducting research or experiments or measurement in a Veterinary Laboratory of Central or State Government or any University or Indian Council of Agricultural Research or of any autonomous body.
8. Legal Assistant- (i) Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute. (ii) Three years experience in dealing with legal matters in a Government Office or Public Sector Undertaking or in a University or in an autonomous or statutory body or in any recognized institution
9. Senior Assistant – (i) Degree from a recognized University. (ii) Three years experience of administration, accounts and establishment matters in a Government Office or Public Sector Undertaking or in an autonomous or statutory body.
10. Senior Translator (Hindi) – (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law(LLB) from a recognized University or equivalent; (ii) Passed Secondary School Examination or equivalent or any higher examination of a recognized Board/University or equivalent with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and other as a compulsory/optional subject; (iii) Two years’ experience in legal matters in Central/State Government. (OR) Should be a qualified legal practitioner who has practiced as such for a period of two years. Should have two years experience in drafting of statutes in Hindi in the Central/State Government.
11. Senior Library & Information Assistant – (i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; (ii) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Diploma in Library Science of a recognized University or Institute or equivalent; and (iii) Experience in a recognized Library or Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized Institute.
12. Technical Assistant (Economics) – Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University having Economics as one of the subjects.
13. Handicrafts Promotion Officer – Bachelor’s degree in Design or Fine Arts (Fashion or Textile or Apparel Production) of four years’ duration from a recognized University or Institute with one year experience in field of handicrafts or cottage or small scale industry ; OR Diploma in Fine Arts (Fashion or Textile Design) of three years’ duration from a recognized University or Board or Institute plus two years’ experience in field of handicrafts or cottage or small scale industry.
14. Senior Library & Information Assistant – (i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; (ii) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Diploma in Library Science of a recognized University or Institute or equivalent; (iii) Experience in a recognized Library (or) Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognised Institute.
15. Textile Designer- (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design or Fine Arts with Textile Designs as a subject from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) Two years’ experience as a Designer in the field of textile designing with appropriate motifs and colour combination as well as layout of designs on paper and fabrics in a handloom establishment or in a dye house. (OR) (i) Three years Diploma in Fine Arts with textile designs as a subject from a recognized University or Institute; (ii) Three years experience as a Designer in the field of textile designing with appropriate motifs and colour combination as well as layout of designs on paper and fabrics in a handloom establishment or a dye house.
16. Technical Superintendent (Weaving) – i) Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology or three years Diploma in Handloom Technology or Handlooms and Textile Technology from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) 2 years’ practical experience as a Shift-in-Charge for Degree holders and 3 years for Diploma holders in a Textile Weaving or Production Establishment or Corporation or Institution, out of which, at least one year should be in handlooms dealing with all the different techniques of production as well as analysis and costing of handloom fabrics including traditional varieties and special fabrics of all fibres and their blends, dismantling, erecting and work of different types of handlooms and handloom accessories such as jacquards, dobbies, jalas and experience of guiding and controlling the activities of the weavers in the production of fabrics with new designs and textures as well as organize production of commercial samples using improved accessories and appropriate techniques of production.
17. Tubewell Operator- (i) I.T.I Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. (ii) Three years’ experience in running tube well in any Farm
18. Junior Chemist – 1. Master’s degree in Chemistry or Dairy Chemistry or Oil Technology or Food Technology of a recognized University or equivalent. (OR) 2. Bachelor of Science Degree with Chemistry as one of the subjects or Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Chemistry from a recognised University or equivalent and with two years experience in analytical work.
19. Navigational Assistant Grade – II – i) Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunication or Electronics and Communication or Electrical and Electronics from an Institution recognized by Central Government or State Government. ii) One year practical experience in the field of wireless communication (including installation and maintenance of wireless transmitters and receivers) or Aids to navigation (including Visual and Radio Aids to Navigation) automatic relay system of diesel generator sets
20. Stock man (Junior Grade) – 1. 12thclass pass from a recognized Board. 2. Diploma or Certificate in Livestock from a recognized Institute or University or Government Department
21. Telephone Operator- (a) Matriculation or equivalent passed. (b) Diploma or certificate in EPABX operator course from a recognized Institute.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should (For Post 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,  12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18 – 30 Years), (For Post 17 – 25 Years), (For Post 19, 20, 21 – 27 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
