Eligibility Criteria for Ship Building Centre Visakhapatnam Construction Assistant Jobs 2016

Educational Qualification:

Construction Assistant “A” Trade: Fitter Electronic Mechanic Instrument Mechanic – (i) Secondary School Certificate (10th standard pass under 10+2 system); (ii) Industrial Training Institute (ITl) with National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) or equivalent in the required specialisation. (iii) Two years experience in the required trade. Preference will be given to Dockyard Apprenticeship School (DAS) trained candidates.

Construction Assistant “A” Trade: Driver-cum-Fitter- (i) Secondary School Certificate (10th standard pass under 10+2 system); (ii) Four years experience in LMV/HMV Driving. (iii) Valid LMV / HMV Driving Licence.

Age Limit: (As on 21.11.2016)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be Between 18 and 27 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
