Eligibility Criteria for SBSSTC Professor, Assistant Professor Jobs 2016

Educational Qualification:

1. Professor – BE/BTech and ME/MTech in relevant subject with First Class or equivalent either in BE/BTech or ME/MTech, and Ph.D or equivalent in appropriate discipline + Post Ph.D publications and guiding Ph.D student is highly Desirable + Minimum of 10 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor
2. Assistant Professor – First class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and First Class Master’s Degree in Architecture + One year Teaching experience. Relaxation in experience may be given to candidates having M.Arch degree (or equivalent) from University recognised by UGC or other competent authority)
3. Associate Professor – First class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture AND M.Arch. or equivalent OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture AND First class M.Arch. or Equivalent OR First class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture AND Ph.D. in Architecture + Eight years experience out of which – Minimum Three years Teaching experience as full time Faculty Five years Teaching experience as Visiting Faculty

Pay Scale:

1. Professor – Rs 37400- 67000 AGP Rs. 10000/-
2. Assistant Professor – Rs 15600-374000/- AGP Rs. 6000/-
3. Associate Professor – Rs 37400-67000 AGP Rs. 9000/-
