Educational Qualification:

1. District Programme Officer, NCD – MBBS Degree from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council.
2. Consultant (Civil Works) – Retired Chief Engineer (Civil)/ Additional Chief Engineer (Civil) from any of the works department of Govt. having good knowledge of building works (Execution & Supervision), preparation of estimate for building, national bidding process, building code of practice etc., having sound health capable of traveling within the state
3. Training Consultant, SIHFW – MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics) Desirable: Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management. Experience : Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional.  3 years experience in Programme Management at National/ State or district leveling the field of MCH/ O&G and Monitoring and evolution of programme
4. Consultant (Pediatric & Neonatal Service), SIHFW – MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council. Desirable : Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management. Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and training of health professionals.
5. State Consultant (Quality Assurance) – MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate preferably with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-full time or equivalent) with 5 years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration, out of which, at least 3 years work in the field of quality in health care would be desirable
6. State Coordinator (State Blood Cell) – Master’s Degree in Management Sciences/ Health Management. Knowledge of logistics/ Statistics, Social Work and human resource. 4 years’ experience in Blood Services
7. Consultant (RKSK) – Home Science/ Women Studies/ Public Health from Govt. recognized institution. Minimum 5 years experience
8. Addl. 10. Epidemiologist, IDSP – Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/ Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc) b. 18. Audit Officer – Retired Senior Audit Officer / Audit Officer from Office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), or Retired Deputy Director of Audit from the Directorate of Audit (Local Fund)
19. Junior Engineer (Civil) – Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Polytechnic/ Institution with minimum aggregate of 60% Marks  Persons having minimum 3 years experience in building construction and fully convergent with measurement of building works including payment procedures. Retired persons from Govt. Department as Junior Engineer with above experience and sound health condition may also take part
20. Early Interventionist cum Special Educator, RBSK – M.Sc in Disability Studies (Early Intervention) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)/ Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathologist (ASLP) or Post Graduate Diploma in Early Intervention (PGDEL) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) / Occupational Therapy (BOT)/ Speech Language Pathology (ASLP).
21. Audiometric Assistant, NPPCD – A technical person with 1 Year diploma in hearing language and speech (DHLS) from a RCI recognized institute. The audiometric assistant will provide support to CHC in screening of HI persons
22. Hearing Instructor for Young Hearing Impaired Children, NPPCD – Diploma in training young deaf and hearing handicapped (DTYDHH) from RCI recognized institute to look after the therapy and training of the young hearing impaired children at the district level
23. Staff Nurse – B. Sc. Nursing/ GNM Course passed from any nursing school / institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with “Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ and Health Visitors’ Council”.
24. Sr. Lab. Tech for IRL (RNTCP) – B.Sc. Biotechnology with DMLT or B.Sc. Microbiology with DMLT or B.Sc. with DMLT or equivalent from Govt. recognized institutions
