Eligibility Criteria for NRCB Junior Research Fellow, Young Professional Jobs 2016

Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Research Fellow – First class in M.Sc. (Horticulture / Agriculture) Or M.Sc. (Life Science / Biotechnology) with NET qualification with two years of research experience Or Post Graduation in Professional Course (M.Tech.) Or Ph.D. (Life Science)

Desirable – At least 1 – 2 years of experience in relevant field of specialization in reputed organization and knowledge in tissue culture, genetic transformation studies and molecular analysis

2. Technical Assistant – First class in M.Sc. (Botany) / M.Sc. (Life Sciences including Biochemistry / Plant Biotechnology / Agricultural Biotechnology) Or M.Sc. (Hort.) with Biotechnology specialization

Desirable – Experience in plant tissue culture, cell suspension culture, and molecular biology techniques

3. Young Professional – First Class in B.Sc. (Agriculture / Horticulture / related Sciences) Or B.Sc. (any other Biological Sciences)

Desirable – Proficiency in work processing, using excel, power point and photo editing software Experience in compilation of various reports / annual report Working experience in any ICAR institutes / SAUs

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not be between 21 to 45 year. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
