Eligibility Criteria for NMRCL Project Managers Jobs 2016

Educational Qualification:

1. General Manager (Legal) / (E7) – Minimum 20 years of experience in Metro Rail / Govt. Organization / PSU’s, out of which at least 03 years’ experience in Metro organization. Preference will be given to candidate having experience in drafting and vetting of agreements / Contracts / Legal Documents / handling legal issues with respect to Land acquisition (Old & New Act) and Liaisoning with / appearing before Statutory Authorities etc. for Metro Rail Project. In case suitable candidates are not available, experience will be relaxed
2. Chief Project Manager (Project)/ E7 – Minimum 23 years of experience in Metro Rail / Govt. Organization / PSU’s/ Railway Related industry. Candidate must have worked in Metro in launching of girder for at least 07 years or must have executed tunneling work for at least 05 years. He must have worked as an In-charge for launching arrangement, tunneling involvement in design, construction and maintenance of launching girders/tunnel during his tenure in Metro Rail
3. Additional Chief Project Manager (Project)/ E6 – Minimum 17 years of experience in Metro Rail / Govt. Organization / Railway PSU’s/ Railway Related Project. Candidate must have completed construction of at least one Metro Rail Viaduct from initial stage to commissioning stage. He / She musts have worked in Metro for at least for 06 years.
4. Additional Chief Project Manager (Track)/E6 – Minimum 17 years of experience in Metro Rail / Govt. Organization / Railway PSU’s/ Railway Related Project, out of which at least 12 years’ experience in Track laying and Maintenance. Candidate must also have executed Track laying work on Viaduct of Metro for at least 07 years. Candidate also must have adequate experience in laying track, track procurement, planning and maintenance
5. Sr. Dy. Chief Project Manager (Project Planning)/E4 – Minimum 12 years of experience in Metro Rail / Govt. Organization / Railway PSU’s/ Railway Related Project. Candidate must have worked in Metro in Planning field for at least 04 years. He / She must have successfully carried out work of review of DPR, alignment and planning of execution of Viaduct.
6. Sr. Dy. Chief Project Manager (Project)/E4 – Minimum 12 years of experience in Metro Rail / Govt. Organization / Railway PSU’s/ Railway Related Project. Candidate must have worked in Metro in Launching of girders for at least 04 years. He / She must have successfully completed launching of at least 06 Km. of Viaduct.
7. Deputy General Manager (Civil) / (E3) – Minimum 08 years of experience in Metro Rail / Govt. Organization / Railway PSU’s, out of which at least 02 years’ experience in IDA Pay – Scale of Rs. 24,900 – 50,500/- or 02 years experience in CDA Pay – Scale of Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- with GP Rs. 6600/- . Preference will be given to candidate having experience in the field of survey, DGPS, GP, Leveling, Detail Designing of alignment using PRT, GAD preparation of bridges etc

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (for Post 1,2 -55 Years), (for Post 3, 4 – 53 Years), (for Post 5, 6 – 48 Years), (for Post 5 – 45 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
