Eligibility Criteria for NIFTEM Non-Teaching Staff & Technical Staff Jobs 2016

Educational Qualification:

1. Deputy Librarian – Essential Qualification – A Master Degree in library science/ Information for Direct Recruitment Science/ Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in UGC seven point scale and consistently good academic record. 2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Assistant Librarian in a University/Educational & Research Institute/ State or Central Government Libraries or equivalent. 3. Evidence of innovative library science and organization of published work and professional commitment, computerization of library

Desirable: M.Phil./ Ph.D. Degree in library science/ Information sciences/ Documentation/ Archives and manuscript- keeping/ computerization of Library

2. Assistant Librarian – A Master’s Degree in Library required 1. A Master’s Degree in Library Science/ for Direct Recruitment Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of the marks (or its equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic recordce/Information Science/Documentation Science
3. Lab Incharge – Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Bachelor in Engineering (B.E.) with 60% or more marks in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Food Technology /Food Engineering /Food Technology and Management/Dairy & Food Engineering /Food Processing Technology/Food Engineering/Agricultural Engineering/Post Harvest Technology/Agricultural Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering/Bio Chemical Engineering
4. Lab Technician – Three years diploma with 60% or more marks in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics ‘Engineering /Workshop Technology/Food process Engineering/ Food Engineering/Food Technology/Food Science & Technology with three years relevant experience Government Organizations / Institutes/ Universities/Labs or equivalent salary in Industry/private sector with relevant working experience in Food Science/Bio related Lab/Lab of any discipline of Science/Instrumentation
5. Assistant Registrar- Master’s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade. D Essential Experience: Eight years relevant experience in a responsible supervisory out of which atleast 3 years in the immediate Course
6. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – Matriculation/Ltl= Pass
7. Quality Assurance Manager (FTL + PP) – Post graduate Degree in Chemistry / Analytical chemistry/Microbiology /Food Technology with 55% marks + 5 to 7 years’ experience in the role of quality assurance / quality control executive in NABL quality control laboratory
8. Senior Analyst (FTL – M.Sc. in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Food sciences and Food Science and Technology /Microbiology with minimum 55 % marks + At least 3 years’ experience of working in an NABL accredited food testing laboratory of repute with area of expertise in
9. Junior Analyst (FTL) – M.Sc. in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Food sciences and Food Science and Technology / Microbiology with minimum 55% marks + At least 3 years’ experience of working in an NABL accredited food testing laboratory of repute with area of expertise in

Age Limit: (As on 07.11.2016)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For post 1 – 45 years), (for Post 2, 3, 4, 8 -35 years), (for Post 5, 7 – 40 Years), (For Post 6 – 18 to 25 years), (For Post 9 – 30 years).
