Eligibility Criteria for NIE Chennai DEO, Project Assistant Jobs 2017

Educational Qualification:

1. Computer Programmer Grade- A (Technical Assistant -Computers) – Master’s degree in computer Application / Information Technology / Computer Science from a recognized institution / University / Institute. (OR) B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Technology/ Information Technology from a recognized institution / University
2. Project Technical officer (Teaching Assistant) – Graduate in science subjects from a recognized university with five years of work experience from a recognized institution. (OR) Master’s Degree in Life Sciences / Public Health / Epidemiology / Social Sciences / Health Sciences / Clinical Research / Clinical Psychology / Nursing / Social Science / Anthropology / Sociology / Humanities / Management Sciences / Population studies from a recognized institution.
3. Senior Project Assistant (UDC) (Administrative Assistant) – 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized board with 5 years experience in administrative work (OR) Graduate in any discipline with 2 years experience of administration work AND A typing speed of 35wpm in English or 10500 KDPH in English
4. Project Technician-III (Field) – 12th Pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Sociology/Social work/Anthropology or related subject or Diploma in Social work/Sociology/Anthropology plus one year in a recognized Government organization or two year field experience in recognized Government organization. B.Sc., degree shall be treated as 3 years experience.
5. Project Assistant (Statistics) – Three years Graduate Degree in Statistics with 2 years proven working experience in statistical packages.
6. Data Entry Operator – Intermediate or 12th pass from recognized board. A speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 30 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
