Eligibility Criteria for NCSCM Project Scientist, Research Fellow Jobs 2017

Educational Qualification:

1. Project Scientist I – First class Masters’ Degree in Remote Sensing / Physics/Environmental Sciences/ Forestry/ Oceanography/Meteorology with 2 years or First Class M.E/M.Tech in geo informatics or equivalent with 1 year of research experience in relevant subject. Desirable: Ph.D in relevant subject. Experience in Remote sensing – GIS Software, Statistical and Spatial sampling techniques. Knowledge of Mangrove-seagrass
2. Project Associate – First class Masters’ Degree in Remote Sensing/ Geography/ Forestry/ Environmental Sciences/ Botany with one year of relevant research experience or First Class M.E/ M.Tech in Geo informatics or equivalent.
3. Senior Research Fellow – First class Master’s degree in Sociology or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience Desirable: Research experience in coastal communities and demographic studies.
4. Junior Research Fellow – First class Master’s degree in Science relating to Inorganic Chemistry / Analytical / Marine / Environment Chemistry or Marine Biology or its equivalent from a recognised University with 2 Years relevant research experience

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (Post 1 – 45 Years), (Post 2 – 35 Years), (Post 3, 4 – 30 Years). Go through NCSCM official Notification 2017 for more reference

1. Project Scientist I – Rs. 40,000/-
2. Project Associate – Rs. 30,000/-
