Educational Qualification: (As on -)
- Assistant Director (Entomology):
Essential- Master’s degree in Zoology with Entomology of a recognized University or equivalent ii) Seven years’ experience in teaching and/ or research and/ or control in the field of Medical Entomology or Malariology or Filariology
Desirable- Doctorate in Entomology ii) Training in advance Medical Entomology or Malariology orFilariology
- Deputy Assistant Director (Entomology):
Essential- M. Sc. degree in Zoology with Entomology of a recognized University or equivalent ii) Three years’ experience in teaching and/ or research and/ or control in the field of Medical Entomology or Malariology orFilariology
Desirable – Training in advanced Medical Entomology or Malariology or Filariology
- Deputy Assistant Director (Microbiology):
Essential- M. Sc. Degree in Microbiology or M.V. Sc. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent ii) Three years’ experience in the production or quality control of Biological products or research in Microbiology
- Deputy Assistant Director (Veterinary):
Essential – M. V. Sc. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. ii)Three years’ experiences in the specialty of Microbiology or Bacteriology or Virology/Parasitology or Mycology.
Age Limit:
Candidate’s NCDC Recruitment Age Limit Should not exceed (for post 1 – 40 years), (for post 2, 3, 4 – 35 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
