(i) 12th pass or equivalent Examination from a recognized Board/University.

(ii) English Typing @ 35 w.p.m. on computer OR Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m. on computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m.) corresponding to 10500/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.

2. Lower Division Clerk:

(i) 12th pass or equivalent Examination from a recognized Board/University.

(ii) Skill Test Norms:-(a) Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. (b) Transcription : 50 mts (Eng), 65 mts (Hindi) (on computer)

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should 18 years to 25 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
