Educational Qualification:
- Engineer – in – charge – MOT 2nd Class (Combined or Motor) Certificate issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 + 2 years’ experience as independent Watch – Keeping Engineer on board a Foreign-going ship
- Chief Engineer – MOT 1st Class (Combined or Motor) Certificate issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 + 3 years’ experience as Chief Engineer or 4 years combined experience as Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer on board a foreign going ship
Age Limit:
Candidate’s Kolkata Port Trust Recruitment Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 – 30 Years), (for Post 2 – 37 Years).
