Eligibility Criteria for IRFC Assistant, Manager Jobs 2017

Educational Qualification:

1. Deputy General Manager (CS & Law) – Graduate with professional qualification of Associate / Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. and 2. Degree in Law with minimum of 55% marks from recognized Indian University + 9 years Post Qualification experience in the field of Company Secretary in Central / State PSU / Banks / FIs / RBI / reputed organizations as Executive / Officer Cadre out of which 2 years should be in immediate lower grade / scale in IDA Pay Scale of 24900-50500. 2. Manager (Finance) – Graduate with professional qualification of CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India. OR Full time MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Management of 2 years duration with specialization in finance with a minimum of 70%marks from a reputed university/ Institute + 6 years’ Post Qualification experience in the fields of Accounts
3. Assistant Manager (Finance) – Graduate with professional qualification of CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India. OR Full time MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Management of 2 years duration with specialization in finance with a minimum of 70%marks from a reputed University/ Institute + 2 years Post Qualification experience in the field of Resource Mobilization (International and Domestic
4. Assistant (Finance) – Graduate with intermediate examination passed CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India + 6 years experience in the fields of Accounts/ Audit in reputed organization
5. Junior Assistant (HR / Admin) – Graduate with one year Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource/PM &IR from Govt. approved University/Institute + 5 years experience of working in Human Resource Department in reputed organizations having turn over not less than Rs. 50 crore

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (for Post 1 – 40 Years), (for Post 2 – 36 Years), (for Post 3 – 30 Years), (for Post 4 – 35 Years), (for Post 5 – 33 Years) The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
