Eligibility Criteria for HSL Manager Jobs 2017

Educational Qualification:

1. General Manager (Finance) (E-7) – Graduate with a pass in the Final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India + Minimum 20 years professional experience in dealing with works of Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Funds Management, financial scrutiny of various issues of large industrial and commercial organisation along with excellent exposure in coordinating with the Government regulatory bodies/ departments and banks/financial institutions.
2. Deputy General Manager (HR) (E-5) – Graduate in any discipline with PG Degree / Two year PG Diploma in Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or PM & IR or HR Management or MBA with Personnel Management awarded by recognized Universities / Institutes registered with AICTE with not less than 50% marks in qualifying examination + Should have at least 15 years post qualification experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial relations functions including minimum 5 years in a large PSU/ Industrial Undertaking.
3. Deputy General Manager (Technical) (E-5) – Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Marine / Electrical /Electronic Engineering or Naval Architecture / Civil Engg (with PG Degree/Diploma in Naval Architecture) from a recognized University with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in qualifying exam + Minimum 15 years post qualification experience out of which atleast 05 years in design/ construction of submarines/ ships including minimum two years in a reputed design organisation / department.

Age Limit:
