Roles and Responsibilities:
Complaint Management.
Solving Customer queries.
Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
Maintaining quality standards.
Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set.
Generating Purchase orders and editing the same to suite internal/customer requirements.
Managing and updating customer and client database.
Qualification:
Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers/Experienced (0 – 5 years)
