Skills required:
*Support customer queries as Voice/Back-Office Customer Support Adhere to service level agreements.
*Call center is to be equipped with linguistic callers of 6 different languages i.e. Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi and Gujarati.
*Preferred Multi Lingual (should know at least 2 regional language except English/Hindi)
*Good analytical and communication skills and basic knowledge of banking services. *Attention to Details.
*Excellent Typing Skills Both Speed and Accuracy.
*Usage of Grammar.
*Responsiveness Adhere to timelines.
*Ability to Resolve displaying excellent customer services skill Intent to help customer. *Able to communicate effectively including service nos
* Appropriate usage of canned responses
