Educational Qualification:
- Management Trainees Chemical – Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical /Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology/Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Engg./ Polymer Technology
- Management Trainees Mechanical – Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical /Production/ Manufacturing Engg./Manufacturing Science & Engg.
- Management Trainees Instrumentation – Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation
- Management Trainees Civil – Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Civil
- Management Trainees Fire and Safety – Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire and Safety.
- Marketing Officer (Sales) – BSc Agriculture from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates shall have working knowledge of at least one of the languages viz. Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, in addition to English.
- Technician (Process) – Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology (Including Petrochemical Technology). & Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the operation of a large Fertilizer/Chemical/ Petrochemical Plant, as on 01.08.2016.
Age Limit: (As on 01.08.2016)
Candidate’s FACT Recruitment Age Limit Should not exceed not exceed For Management Trainees – 26 Years), For Technician – 35 Years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 2 years for post graduates (Full time Regular post-graduate degree) in the respective discipline. Further relaxation in age by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates is applicable. Age is relaxable by 10 years for PWD-General, 15 years for PWD-SC/ST and 13 years for PWD-OBC (NCL) candidates. Ex-servicemen will be eligible for age relaxation upto maximum 5 years as per rules in this regard. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
