- Field Supervisor – 1). 10 +2 with Science and experience of working as MPW/LHW/ANM (or) 2). 10+2 with Tuberculosis Health Visitors recognized Course and 3). Certified Course in Computer Operation (Minimum Six Months) & Preferential Qualification: 1. Training Course for MPW (NO HW) or 2. Recognized Sanitary Inspector Course
