Eligibility Criteria for AIISH Lower Division Clerk, Stenographer Jobs 2016

Educational Qualification:

1. Store Keeper – Degree of a recognized University with two years experience in handling stores of Govt. / Semi Govt. / autonomous Body. Must be conversant with procedure and accounting of Stores.
2. Upper Division Clerk – Degree of a recognized University
3. Accountant- (i) Degree in Commerce from a recognized University (ii) Knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations
4. Stenographer Grade III – (i) SSLC or equivalent (ii) Speed of 80 wpm in English Shorthand and 40 wpm in English Typewriting for which tests will be conducted by the institute.
5. Lower Division Clerk – (i) SSLC or equivalent (ii) Minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting
6. Clerk-cum- Typist – (i) SSLC or equivalent (ii) Minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed ((For Post 1, 2 – 26 Years), (For Post 3 – 30 Years), (For Post 4 – 28 Years), (For Post 5, 6 – 25 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. 4. Stenographer Grade III – Rs. 5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
5. Lower Division Clerk – Rs. 5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
6. Clerk-cum- Typist – Rs. 5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
