| 1. Tutor/ Clinical Instructor – Educational Qualification: i. B.Sc. (Nursing) Degree Institute/University OR ii. Registered Nurse/ Midwife with sister Tutors Diploma. Experience: – Three years’ experience in Teaching Institution Desirable: 1. Master’s of Nursing Degree from a recognized Institution. 2. Registered Nurse/Midwife in State Nursing Council. 3. 3 years’ experience in Teaching Institution after obtaining a Master’s degree 4. Ph.D./M.Phil. /Independent published work in International/National Journals of repute. |
| 2. Staff Nurse Grade-I – Essential: 1. B.Sc. Nursing (4-year course) from a recognized institute/university. OR B.Sc. (Post-certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc. Nursing (Post-basic) (2- recognized Institute/University. 2. Should be registered with the Indian Nursi Council/ State Nursing Council.
