Aavin Virudhunagar SFA & Technician Selection Process:
The Selection Procedure of the Exam will be as follows:
- Written Test
- Oral Test
a) Procedure of Selection for the post of Manager(Marketing),Manager(Accounts) Manager(Engineering),Deputy Manager(Dairying),Deputy Manager(Dairy Chemist),Deputy Manager(Dairy Bacteriology),Executive(Office), Executive(Lab), Executive(System) ,Extension officer Gr-II,Junior Executive(Typing) and Senior Factory Assistant
The Selection will be made in two successive stages, viz
i) Written Examination
ii) Oral Test in the form of an interview in respect of candidates who have secured top marks in written test.
b) Procedure of Selection for the post of Technician(Lab), Technician(Boiler), Technician(Operation)
i) The Selection will be based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the Academic Qualification and Oral test
a) For Academic Qualification – 90 Marks.
b) For Oral Test – 10 Marks.
Allocation of Marks:

|2.||Marks obtained in the prescribed qualification||50|
|3.||Marks of Higher qualification in same field||10|
