Educational Qualification:

1. Tradesman Mate – (i) Matriculation or equivalent pass (ii) Capable of passing Written exam as it involves induction to Group ‘C’ post. (iii) Should be sturdy and be able to carry loads. (Ammunition boxes filled/unfilled. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable).
2. Fireman – (a) Matriculation or equivalent pass. (b) Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties and must have passed the test specified below : (i) Height without shoes-165 cms provided that a concession of 2.5 cms in height shall be allowed for member of Scheduled Tribes. (ii) Chest (un-expanded)- 81.5 cms (iii) Chest (on expantion)-85 cms (iv) Weight 50 Kgs (minimum) (v) Endurance test (c) Capable of passing Written exam as it involves induction to Group ‘C’ post.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between 18 to 25 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
